Bailey
Bailey (they/them) is a visual artist located in Tio'tia:ke (colonially referred to as Montreal). They work primarily with beads and jewelry however they also dabble in sculpture. Bailey has been beading since they were a kid and they started 00eyg00eys in 2022 after wanting to share their work with their friends.
Bailey's jewelry has a nostalgic and playful feel that is inspired by many things, particularly 90s and early 2000s toys. Their work centers around unleashing your inner child and self-expression through colour and chaos. They believe that jewelry should be fun and silly no matter how old you are. Bugs, nature, and the early 2000s cyber aesthetic also inspire much of Bailey's work.
