November 2023 - December 2023

The exhibition will run for a duration of 3-4 weeks, allowing ample time for visitors to immerse themselves in the artworks. Please note that the gallery will require patching and preparation by the end of November, as we have a separate event scheduled for December. In terms of scheduling, artists can plan for installation and de-installation to take place at the beginning and end of the month, respectively. Specifically, the installation will occur from November 8th to the 10th, while the de-installation will be conducted from December 3rd - 5th. We kindly request that participating artists consider these dates when submitting their proposals.

The gallery hours during the exhibition will be from 12 pm to 4 pm on Saturdays. We highly recommend that exhibiting artists make an effort to be present and engage with visitors by gallery sitting on at least one of the Saturdays. The available Saturdays during the exhibition are November 11th, 18th, and 25th and December 2, 2023.

Travel and Costs:

It is important to note that there may be associated costs with travel and the transportation of artwork. While MFF plans to establish a donation system to assist artists in covering these expenses, we cannot guarantee that all costs will be fully covered. We encourage artists to explore alternative funding options and make necessary arrangements to ensure their participation in the exhibition.
