Since there is no text, she includes lots of small details and texture to keep the viewers’ eyes moving throughout the page.

Since she loves the light-hearted cottagecore aesthetic, as well as heart-wrenching gothic horror, she often mixes the two. Froggy, a goofy children’s series at first glance, is unexpectedly full of mysterious creatures and moments of sadness where the titular frog needs his friends most. Meanwhile, Think of Me Fondly follows the vampire protagonist finding peace in the small joy of listening to music while everything else he has ever known is taken from him. Nature also appears in a lot of her work, whether it be as a lush backdrop for her characters, or something frightening for them to fight against.
